- 2 tbsp of tomato concentrate
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Onion
- Potato
- Chickpeas and beans dipped
- Zucchini
- Green chilli pepper
- Paprika, turmeric, salt and pepper
Preparation

- Heat the oil in the couscous maker
- Fry the green peppers salted, then set aside

- Clean and prepare vegetables
- Fry the onion in the oil and add the kadid
- Add the paprika, the turmeric and the tomato concentrate, cook for 10 mn
- Add chickpeas and beans with salt and pepper, cook for 30 mn

- Moisten the couscous with some water, oil and salt
- Put it in the strainer of the couscous maker

- Add the vegetables in the couscous maker
- Cook the sauce and the couscous
- Put the couscous in a large traditional dish, add the sauce and mix
- Decorate with fried peppers, vegetables and kadid
