Ingredients
- 200 gr of couscous Diari Express
- A bunch of chiselled flat-leaved parsley
- 1/2 cucumber detailed in small dices
- The seeds of a pomegranate
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp of dried mint
Preparation

- Cook the couscous Diari Express, and let it cool
- Deseed the pomegranate and chisel the flat-leaved parsley and the mint
- Add the couscous with the pomegranate

- Pour the olive oil and the juice of a lemon
- Salt and pepper according to your taste
- Add the dried mint
- Serve fresh
