Ingredients
- 1 Kilo of Diari Couscous
- 1 kilo of fish
- 6 Green peppers (optional)
- 1 cup of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp of tomato concentrate
- Paprika
Preparation

- Clean the fish, season with the salt and the caraway
- In the couscous maker, put the oil, onion and green peppers and start cooking
- Add paprika, garlic, cumin and tomato concentrate
- Remove the green peppers once fried and add 1 liter of water

- Moisten the couscous with a some water, oil and salt, put in the strainer of the couscous maker
- Add the fish to the sauce with asome black pepper and continue cooking

- Put the couscous in a container, drizzle with sauce and serve hot
